We are a team of entrepreneurs with a diverse portfolio of professional, academic, and personal backgrounds and years of experience overseeing and managing projects. We effectively integrate community-identified needs to preserve rural communities and meet the economic, social and environmental needs. This could include conducting studies or baseline assessments, implementing a marketing strategy and testing media efficacy or facilitating multi-stakeholder meetings. PORTFOLIO OF WORK

  • Researched and wrote the following in collaboration with different agencies.

  • Agricultural Connections Cooperative — A producer-led, multi-sector cooperative sourcing agricultural products from a region the size of New Hampshire.

    Established policies, wrote grants and sought socially minded investors to purchase the cooperative from a for-profit LLC.

  • While working for Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council, Katrina facilitated the Jefferson and Crook County Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP).

    Multi-sector facilitation with stakeholders to adjust their 5-year written Plan with local officials and residents to help reduce the risk of wildfire loss and create healthier natural ecosystems.
