Katrina Van Dis has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors. She enjoys supporting Executive Director’s to be the best they can be and does this by supporting them to make changes that improve their effectiveness as a leader at the staff and board levels; increasing their capacity to do their job by focusing on Executive functions (not administrative or otherwise); and improving policies and procedures that support the organization’s current growth and capacity.
